Villa Tenerife is a contemporary and charming holiday home, offering a privileged location in Quinta da Balaia. With a relaxing atmosphere, and just a 5-minute drive away from some of the best beaches in the region, Villa Tenerife will be an excellent choice for your vacation.
The property includes 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with two single beds, in addition to 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and all the utensils needed to cook at home. It also has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The living room and dining area are spacious, bright and comfortable, with plenty of space to sit and relax, TV with national and international channels, and with direct access to the wonderful garden. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors, gathering family and friends, and relaxing in the sun in the amazing private pool.
In the outdoor area, you will also find a traditional barbecue, perfect for preparing grills and delicious meals.
Free wi-fi is available throughout the house.
The property is located in the quiet residential area of Quinta da Balaia, within easy reach of the center of Albufeira, Strip, Praia da Oura, Santa Eulália and Olhos de Água, as well as a variety of excellent beaches, shops, restaurants and water sports, and just a short drive from several golf courses.
