Positive: Close to bus routes. Find a tobacco shop for the loadable bus pass

Negative: Could use a refresh. No food seasonings, oil, tea bags or coffee pods. 3 warped Teflon pans, one 10L stick out for all cooling. 5 knives none could cut bread or tomatoes. No kettle, coffee mach busted. No hand soap, one towel for dishes and hands. No resto or cafe recommendations. Two ounces body wash for 8 day stay for hands and showers. Wet mop left w no outdoor space to air it. Fold out couch thin Ikea mattress. A little personality and working kitchen equipment would make the stay much better.

Summary: Good basics, needs refresh.
