Completely reformed, Casa V offers bright, fresh accommodation with beautiful and comfortable, modern Scandinavian design and décor. Soft tones, wooden features and some amazing lighting makes for a sumptuous holiday home.
The open living/dining room features a large Smart TV, L-shaped sofa, a dining table and direct access to the terrace and garden.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, double door fridge/freezer, coffee machine and other mod cons. There is a breakfast bar and access to the rear patio.
On the ground level, there are 3 double bedrooms, one is ensuite and the other 2 share a bathroom.
Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms, all ensuite. The Master Bedroom features a desk/work area, a TV, a large walk-in closet and a bigger bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower.
There is a very large pool (10m x 4,5m), a variety of sunbeds, and a lovely lawn and a beautiful palm tree. The pool features some super cool lighting for your summer evening swims. Two of the sunbeds can also be inflated and used in the pool. There is also the option to heat the pool (for an additional weekly cost).
The highlight of this Villa is the huge Roof Terrace and outdoor kitchen. Surrounded by glass railings allowing full views of the town and down to the sea. There are some sunbeds, a chill-out lounge area, a covered dining table and kitchen/bar area. Here you will find a built-in gas BBQ, a sink, 2 fridges and a dishwasher. The dining table for 12 is perfectly placed under a unique wooden shade-cover and enjoys a ceiling fan.
Casa V boasts some very unique features, such as reflective glass, Google-automated Home System, AirZone airconditioning system with individual room controls, Alarm system, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, underfloor heating, and very strong wifi throughout the property.
The area of La Campana offers absolute tranquillity and privacy but is still a stone’s throw from all amenities. There are various bars and restaurants within walking distance. You will find yourself within just a few minutes’ drive to Puerto Banús, Marbella Old Town and Marbella’s other highlights.
For the golf lovers it may be good to know that not only do you have great views over Las Brisas and Aloha Golf Also, the golf clubs of Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) are located at just a few minutes’ walk.
