The Villa is set over 2 floors and arranged as two self contained apartments (one on top of the each other) with an external staircase connecting the 2 apartments . Each apartment has 2 bedrooms , a living area a kitchen and a Bathroom
The ground floor apartment (sleeps 3 ) has two bedrooms , (1 Double Bedroom & 1 small single bedroom) A living area, a kitchen and a bathroom with large shower.
The first floor apartment (sleeps 4) , has 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom ) a living area plus conservatory , a kitchen and a bathroom .
Both apartments have air conditioning installed in the main living areas which filer cool air through to the bedrooms There are TV's in both living areas with English satellite channels / DVD player. plus Fiber WIFI Internet installed in both apartments . there is a safe in the ground floor apartment
Outside is a private swimming pool with Poolside dining table and chairs with umbrella, 5 sun beds and a Gas BBQ
New for 2024 - the swimming pool has been refurbished

Los Altos is located approx 50 minute drive from Alicante and a 50 minute drive from Murcia International Airport. The nearest beach is located at Punta Prima and is blue flag quality with beach bar serving snacks and drinks, this and several other beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive. The villa is located on a road lined with similar style villas and is just a short stroll (3 minutes) to the local commercial centre (shops supermarket restaurants etc). Torrevieja Town centre is only a 5 min drive. For golf enthusiasts there are 5 superb golf courses within 10 - 25 min drive.
