‘VILLA “JOLI” HAS 6-ROOMS (160M2) SPREAD OVER TWO FLOORS. BOTH FLOORS HAVE THEIR OWN FRONT DOOR, BATHROOM, 2 BEDROOMS AND A BALCONY. ALL WINDOWS ARE EQUIPPED WITH SHUTTERS. THE INTERIOR IS CHARACTERIZED BY LIGHT, COZY AND CONTEMPORARY WITH A TOUCH OF SPANISH SOLIDITY.

Through the front door you enter the hall with mirror and coat rack. In the living room there are two 2.5-seater sofas with coffee table. The living room is tastefully decorated with a fireplace and a SMART TV with soundbar provides the entertainment. The entire top floor is kept cool by the air conditioning in the living room. A sliding door gives access to the conservatory. In the conservatory there are two leather chairs and a dining table. All the windows in the conservatory can be opened to let the sea breeze in and enjoy the fantastic view.
