In Santa Margalida, this stunning three-storey house, dated from 17th century, invites you to spend incredible vacation. With a friendly atmosphere, thanks to a rustic style on par with modern, offers all the necessary comforts to feel like home. The patio accommodate you to enjoy such delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air, while the upper terrace, which constitutes the last floor of the house, offers two sun loungers to sunbathe.
The stays of this house are distributed into the two first floors. On the main floor, there are two comfortable living rooms, with A/C, where you can watch TV. The principal one leads you to a cosy living area and the other has a beautiful loft; both rooms are ideal for some reading. Then, you access to the incomparable kitchen-dining room which is equipped with A/C, ceramic hob and everything that you may need for cooking and eating. From this stay, you have access to the patio and to the laundry room, in which you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 3 dormitories with two single beds and a wardrobe. One of them is on this same floor and has space to allocate a cot as well as a high chair. The other two are upstairs and are boasted with air conditioning. There are also two bathtub bathrooms, one in each floor.
Santa Margalida is a lovely village with all the basic services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. really close to the beach. In fact, the nearest beach is Cas Capellans and it is at only 9.2 km away or at about 10 - 15 minutes driving, although you can visit many other as, for instance, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or Son Serra de Marina.
