7 Glenthorne House is a three-bedroom second floor apartment located within a Victorian villa, within easy walking distance to the heart of Salcombe.
This spacious apartment is accessed through a shared entrance and staircase and the front door opens into a lobby, from which all rooms are accessed. The lounge comprises of two comfortable sofas, a window bench seat, TV with integrated DVD player and offers fantastic views out over the Estuary towards South Pool. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with fitted units, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. A large ash dining table provides comfortable seating for six.
Accommodating six guests, the property has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom comprises of two single beds, drawers and a hanging rail. The third bedroom also provides twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a hanging rail. The property offers allocated off road parking and free wireless Broadband is also available.
Within easy reaches of the sandy beaches at East Portlemouth, North Sands and South Sands, the location is ideal for a family beach holiday or coastal break, with the South West Coast Path offering stunning walking routes nearby.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck's where you can wander through the subtropical gardens.
