Located just under a mile from historic Arundel town centre, with private use of new indoor swimming pool.

The main living area has beamed vaulted ceiling, underfloor heating and wooden floors. New designer kitchen with induction hob, granite worktops, full size dishwasher, and Bosch ovens. Bar area with stools, and extendable dining table, with seating for 12. The pool is heated to 29/30 degrees and is separately accessed so can be securely locked for safety.
Sleeping arrangements, sleeps up to 12 Five large bedrooms, four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have extra single beds, three superking/twin. All of the double beds can be superking or twin bed options. There is ample private parking for 12 cars.
Families: Our accommodation is very suitable for children of all ages. With the use of the indoor heated pool, gardens and plenty of space.

Corporate Business/ Retreats: The main lounge area works well for retreats for up to 10 yoga mats. We have the facility to provide extra chairs for business meetings, presentations etc. if required.
