THE APARTMENT
The selling point and uniqueness of this apartment is clearly the breathtaking view from the terrace. Although it is a ground floor apartment, you have a clear 180-degree view to the Marbella Mountains and Aloha Golf. Imagine getting up in the morning and getting your first cup of coffee, just looking at the mountains from your terrace. No better way to start the day.

THE AREA
Aloha Gardens is a fantastic and exclusive complex in the middle of Nuevo Andalucía’s “Golf Valley” in Marbella, considered one of the best for families. It is located next to the Aloha Golf Course and within walking distance (1.8 kilometers) to the amazing Puerto Banus and its beaches. Just outside the gated complex, there are bars and restaurants and a grocery store just down the road. There are three swimming pools inside Aloha Gardens, of which one is an inside and heated one for winter use. The biggest and best one is only 25 meters from the apartment, just around the corner from the apartment and yet in the perfect distance to remove any noise from people at the pool area. The apartment complex is secure and has security guards 24/7. No one gets in without passing a security guard or using a PIN code (which is camera monitored by security guards) that you will get upon arrival.
INSIDE THE APARTMENT
The apartment has just been refurbished and includes a living room, dining area, new kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bath tub. Two can sleep comfortable in the living room sofabed, if needed. All furniture and the kitchen are all brand new. The kitchen has a combi oven (micro or oven), a hidden washing machine, a hidden dish washer and two hidden refrigerators, of which one has a freezer. There is a new air-condition (warm/cold) and the apartment comes with your own private parking inside the complex.
FOR THE MODERN FAMILY
The apartment has a 100 mbit lightning fast fiber internet connection and its own wifi router that you can freely use on as many devices as you like. The apartment also comes with a brand new 60” Samsung TV with 200 European channels, including ITV, BBC, RTL, Scandinavian channels and so on. ACCESSIBILITY FOR ELDERLY
The apartment is a ground floor apartment in the upper part of the complex and is easily accessible for elder people. There is an elevator just outside the front door going down to your private parking space, which again is just next to the elevator exit. There are about 10 steps from the elevator exit to the parking space though.
SHOPPING
There are many great places to shop. You have the mall El Corte Engle’s within 2 kilometers and Marbella also has La Canada, which is a very large mall. Marbella city itself is a reasonably large city and has lots of shops also. I will forward a guide with links to these malls, if you make an inquiry.
MARBELLA

PUERTO BANUS
Puerto Banus is the marina of the rich and famous where they flash their mega-yachts and expensive cars, just 1,8 kilometers from the apartment. 'People-watching' can be a fascinating pastime and this is one of the best places in the world to do it. But Puerto Banus also has long beaches on both sides of the marina and many restaurants and tapas bars for all tastes and budgets. 320 days a year of sunshine speaks for itself and means that Costa del Sol is the perfect all year round coast to visit with the virtual certainly of hot summers and warm winters. The area around Puerto Banus has everything you could want to make your holiday varied and interesting. The town of Marbella presents both the old and new faces of the Costa del Sol and is just a 10 minute drive along the famous Golden Mile, which has many fine beaches, restaurants, bars and great shopping. El Casco Antiguo, Marbella's charming Old Town, is a warren of whitewashed streets with authentic tapas bars and is a vibrant place to visit day or night. And don’t miss Marbella’s famous Orange Square! You can also go to the historic mountain towns of Rhonda and Granada or go to Sevilla or Gibraltar or even across the Med to Tangiers. The quaint seaside fishing town of Nerja along the coast is another ‘must see’ as are Andalucia’s scenic mountains.
TRANSPORT
You can often get a flight fare to Malaga with RyanAir for less than 150 euros both ways from any other RyanAir airport in Europe. An airport bus runs directly from Malaga airport to Marbella city. Journey time is 45 minutes and the price is less than 10 Euros. Buses leave almost hourly from Malaga airport. The bus stop is just outside the T3 arrivals terminal and the ticket office is in the left hand corner of the square, just in front of the arrivals exit. From the bus station in Marbella, there is about 6 kilometers to the apartment and a taxi is therefore required the last bit. You can also take a taxi from the airport directly to the apartment, which costs about 80 Euros depending on time of day, day of week and season. You can also rent a car for about 200 euros per week, which I would recommend in all cases, so you can get see more places. Although all car rental companies have a bad name here, it is still the cheapest (and thereby recommended) to use or , as they ARE cheaper than the brands you know. Driving here is not more difficult than other places and you would benefit a lot, if you rent a car, as there are many many great places to go outside Marbella also. RECEPTION SERVICE
There is a reception service. The key will be given to you in the reception of the area and in case of problems or questions, you can always ask the reception. The refundable damage deposit will be charged in the reception when you arrive and given back to you, when you leave.
CLEANING
Cleaning includes the cleaning itself, bed linen, towels (you must bring beach towels though) and a reception service. The key will be given to you in the reception of the area and in case of problems or questions, you can ask them for help.
