The Berkeley is in a recently refurbished elegant Victorian sea front building. While it does not have a sea view it is just two minutes walk over the road to Southsea Beach,four minutes walk away from South Parade Pier to the left and the Pyramids Swimming Pool to the right. Just round the corner is Canoe Lake and Park with kids boating and tea rooms. The flat was completely refurbished and redesigned 5 years ago by the last owner . We love it and have bought a new set of most things you will need for your stay: bedding, towels,kitchen equipment, loorolls!!! Pretty much , just turn up.IT IS self -catering but to start you off we supply some basic breakfast gear ,milk, tea ,coffee, sugar, a cereal or two or bread etc.
