Positive: The apartment was clean, beds were fairly comfortable, location was nice.

Negative: There was no key for the pool. It took several calls to get through to anyone, and we were told they could get us a key to a different pool at another property for us to use in a different part of town. Not very helpful. When I asked if we could be compensated for not being able to use the pool outside our unit , they said no because they offered us a pool somewhere else. If I had known I would have booked a place that didnt even have a pool and saved some money
