The family bathroom upstairs has a large walk-in shower.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. From the kitchen you have access to the utility room with washer and dryer.
The large living room with separate dining area is also located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a fireplace, a large comfortable sofa, armchairs, TV (German and Spanish TV) and DVD player.
From the living room you have access to the large terrace with covered dining area and a modern lounge area. It invites you to relax and sunbathe.
