With fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay, you’ll marvel over the beauty Cape San Blas has to offer. The beautiful white sand beaches are located just across the quiet neighborhood street, Haven Road.Inside this home, you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor and the living area and 4th bedroom on the top floor where the views are best. There are two gulf view decks that stretch across the front of both floors ideal to enjoy the afternoon breeze. Under the home there is plenty of parking and an outdoor shower.
Floor Plan: 1st floor – Bedroom 1 – double over double bunk beds plus single trundle, TV, DVD player; laundry closet, Bedroom 2 – gulf view master bedroom with king bed, deck access, TV and master bath with double vanities and shower only; Bedroom 3 – gulf view bedroom with queen bed, TV and deck access; and full bath with shower/tub combo. 2nd floor – full bath with shower only, Bedroom 4 – bayview bedroom with queen bed, deck access and TV; kitchen, dining and living area with sleeper sofa, deck access, great gulf views and large flat screen TV.
