Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good size house, clean, lovely large well maintained garden area, large pool. Close to restaurants and beach bars. Car recommended for seeing more and for some restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet and secure residential area.
Negative: Property definitely needs updating and maintenance. Some maintenance very amateurish. This villa is not on or with views of the sea or beach. 300-400 meters from the beach/bars/restaurants through streets in residential area. Lots of building work going on within similar distance. It was not overly disruptive but not declared by owners either. Large over skyline. No hairdrier on arrival. Dragos bought 2 new ones. Tv didn’t work. Dragos bought a new set top box. Only one small kitchen bin for whole house. Dragos bought 4 more for bathrooms. I don’t need the hassle on holiday. Pool; large, well maintained clean water. Downside, chipped tiles on steep, narrow steps into pool. No handrail. A deep pool. No real shallows. Shallower end 1.5 meters, deep end probably over 2 meters. Sunbeds have new covers but frames were very dirty. Need replacements. See pics. Shop and some restaurants an awkward walk on poor paving over the motorway bridge(with low railings). Not easy to find the route, at first. No basic provisions in the kitchen. Nothing. You need to provide everything you need for self catering or ask Dragos to do a shopping in advance. Nothing is provided or left by previous residents. It is all disposed of. No housekeeping or clean towels in 11 days. Dragos and team very helpful but owners need to spend money to get this property up to standard.
Summary: Large clean house, nice garden, large pool; needs maintenance and upgrading.
