Positive: Everything is Ok, but basic. Fine as a contractor, but would not take the family there. Rooms are ok, but basic. Restaurant is more of a takeaway. Plenty of Parking !

Negative: Rooms need to be cleaner, Bedding needs to be better.

Summary: Needs to improve, OK for a night.
