Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The lodge was a great size, perfect for our group. Hot tub was great. Beautiful views and calm resort. Responsive with issues on bin management for check out.

Negative: Some tiles in kitchen floor were not fixed/stable and one of the step with non slip covers down into the bedroom with spa bath was loose/broken on one side. The facilities (swimming pool, bar and tennis courts) at the park resort were closed due to changes in facilities management. We were advised 2 weeks before but no response received from provider when raised issue through booking.com. This facilities were a large reason as to why we booked this property.
