Located on the first floor and with a south-facing terrace, this apartment is one of the best in the complex. It features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating and unlimited high-speed internet in the apartment for those who wish to use laptops or smartphones to connect to the internet. The apartment offers you a high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi) and a television with a wide variety of French and international channels.
The terrace is directly accessible from the living room and the main bedroom. Within reach, you can enjoy a glass of sangria in the sun.
Notes on the property:

A cleaning fee of €70 is to be paid upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.
Location/Beach:
Located just 300 metres from the apartment, a sandy beach stretching several kilometres will allow you to enjoy long walks. At the same time, it will offer you the opportunity to refresh yourself and have a snack at one of the many beach bars.
Transport:
Málaga Airport - 60 minutes, Gibraltar Airport - 20 minutes. It is recommended to rent a car or use one.
There is a bus service just below the complex that serves the region once per hour.

Duquesa - 2 minutes by car, Sabinillas - 2 minutes by car, Estepona - 10 minutes, Puerto Banús - 30 minutes, Marbella - 30 minutes, Ronda - 1 hour by car.

To see: the port of Duquesa is a pleasant place where you will find many bars and restaurants to enjoy a beautiful view of the port. They are open all day and until late at night. For party lovers, there is also a nightclub. There are several banks in Sabinillas.
Convenience: a mini-supermarket just 100 metres from the apartment. Many supermarket options (Mercado, Día, Lidl, ...) towards Duquesa (or Sabinillas) along the main road (5 minutes by car).
