The accommodation has two bedrooms and overlooks a very scenic natural stream and pond, within the grounds of the property, which back onto a wooded area. The accommodation benefits from the use of a 30ft heated pool open between April and September and shared with an additional smaller lodge within the grounds.
There are two bedrooms, a shower room with pod shower, open plan living room and kitchen/diner. The master bedroom is very spacious and recently refurbished with views over the garden. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed with pull out trundle bed, making it into a twin.
In the living area, there is ample soft and dining seating, TV, Dvd player and wifi. Outside the living area is a large decking, seating area with views over the garden and stream. There are plenty of wild visitors to the garden, including red squirrels to watch for.
Nutkins retreat really is a hidden gem, in an excellent spot for exploring, and there's even a great pub within walking distance, on the bank of the river Medina a leisurely stroll away.
NB: As the property has a pond and pool, we must restrict bookings with children to 8 years and above.
