Located on the Sandbanks Peninsular and within just a few hundred yards from Sandbanks’ beach, this fantastic two bedroom apartment is in a prime location to explore all that Sandbanks and coastal Dorset has to offer. Set on the third floor, 7 Sandcastles has an open plan living space, so there is plenty of room to sit back and relax.
Step straight from the living area and onto the balcony, where you can relax or you could choose to enjoy the shared decked area and dine al fresco.
Back inside, there is ample spacing for four guests to sit comfortably in front of the TV, or enjoy a meal together at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom is well-presented and makes a great place to retreat to after a long day, complete with a kingsize bed and a small en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has been lovingly furnished and offers comfortable twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with a bath with shower head attachment (please note it is not possible to stand up and shower in the bath).
Please note the check-in days are Fridays and Mondays. Check-in time at this apartment is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
Parking is available for ONE car only and the allocated space for apartment 7 is at the back of the building (the spaces are all signposted).The parking space is a tight for a larger vehicle.
Third floor apartment, lift and stairs to all floors. Gated development with allocated secure parking. There is a private balcony with patio table and chairs and a communal rear decked area with picnic bench and BBQ and garden.
There are two or three bike storage hoops at the back of the building (they are for use of the whole block of flats, first come first served!). Guests need to provide their own locks and obviously storage is at your own risk.
There is a fold away travel cot provided but guests will need to bring their own cot bedding. It includes the standard base / padding, but not an additional mattress on top.
