The newly refurbished (winter 2021) studio apartment has an open plan living area with a comfortable pull down double bed and bespoke hand - built kitchen beautifully completed by Barnes at Ashburton and fitted with Miele and Neff appliances. There is one shower room. Outside, a balcony boasts stunning estuary views, towards South Pool Creek. ‘The Salcombe’ residents have exclusive use of a private outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), communal gardens and an allocated parking space per flat, and a mooring which is suitable for boats no more than 15ft.
