Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home in Costabella, only 150 m from Alicate beach, only 10 minutes drive from Marbella and 15 minutes drive from Puerto Banus.
Costabella is close to golf courses such as Santa Clara golf, Golfboo and Marbella Golf Country Club and has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Marbella. It is known for its excellent beach bars and beach clubs such as La Cabanne Beach, Luuma Beach, Siroko Beach or Ranchón Cubano. Approximately 7 minutes walking distance to the supermarkets Carrefour and Supercor.
The beautiful house is built on 3 levels, on the entrance level is the living-dining room, the kitchen and a bathroom, the living room is equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a smart TV and a closed fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, multifunction oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It also has all kinds of kitchenware, glassware, crockery and cutlery. The dining room is connected to the kitchen and has a table with space for 6 people.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have two single beds, and in the master bedroom these are joined together to form a double bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a bathtub with shower curtains, a washbasin and a toilet. The other 2 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, equipped with bathtub with shower curtains, toilet and washbasin.
On the third floor there is a nice terrace with beautiful sea views.
From the kitchen there is direct access to the beautiful terrace with a large outdoor table with 6 chairs, to enjoy beautiful evenings with family and friends.
We provide bath towels and bed linen, so you only need to bring your personal items for your holiday in our beautiful holiday home in Costabella.
In the property there is high speed WIFI available in all rooms, air conditioning hot and cold and 2 parking spaces.
