Villa Kailua is a traditional house with a large pool (heatable as an optional extra) and a charming garden, located in a quiet area near Santa Eulália. A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach, this holiday home is perfect for enjoying Albufeira with family or friends.
The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 8 + 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, ironing board, and iron is ideal for preparing family meals.
Sliding doors provide access to the well-maintained garden and south-facing pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun or enjoy outdoor meals prepared on the barbecue available on the property. For fun moments, the villa also has an outdoor ping pong table. The property includes free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Villa Kailua is located on a quiet street in the lively Santa Eulália area. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it is a short walk from various shops, restaurants, and bars. Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulália beaches are about 15 minutes walking (5 minutes by car). Albufeira's historic centre is just 8 minutes by car.
Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and archiving processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional value will be charged that includes an additional bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
