The advantageous elevated position of the villa offers us beautiful views of the sea and the coast from its terrace and swimming pool with sun loungers surrounding the large private pool and barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor life. From the street, some external stairs take us to the pool terrace, from where you can access the interior. The whole house is on one floor. We enter the hall that leads to the spacious living room, with SAT+TV+air conditioning, a very bright dining room with air conditioning and beautiful views. A kitchen open to the living room and dining room, fully equipped. There are three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two twin beds, all three with air conditioning, as well as two bathrooms with shower. At the back of the villa with access from the street, there is a large parking area. This magnificent villa is perfect for families and couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea.
