The kitchen-living area provides access to the terrace which features outdoor furniture and balcony. The kitchen offers all appliances (including a dishwasher and washing machine) and all the necessary equipment.
The Master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one double bed, one with separate beds and a shared bathroom.

The complex has three swimming pools, gardens and security personnel 24 hours. Magna Marbella is located in the heart of the golf valley, over the golf course of Magna Marbella Golf and very close to Los Narnajos Golf, Las Brisas and Aloha Golf, the three best courses of Marbella, 5 minutes from Puerto Banús and beach. One of the best vacation spots in Marbella.
We would like to call the Nueva Andalucia the Beverly Hills of Spain. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses. We would like to highlight the safety and friendly environment of this area.
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:
- Puerto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.
- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 20 minutes away.
- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.
- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.
- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away.
- Ronda: 60 minutes away.

Important: the booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our villa is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exac t location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly.
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. We do not accept groups. parties, events and all guests have to be silent between 22:00H - 09:00H. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €999,00.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
9. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
