Summary: Although we arrived at the hotel at10:30 am and I tried to schedule our free shuttle ride to the airport the next day at that time but they wouldn’t allow me to do so until they allowed me to check in at two pm. I had also paid extra for a breakfast. Then about 11 pm they called the room and said my airport shuttle booking was superseded by those that confirmed earlier. My only choice left was a shuttle before breakfast opened and required long fruitless wait at the airport. But to their credit they gave us a boxed breakfast of sorts.
