On the ground floor we find a large living room with comfortable and rustic furnitures, a spacious dining room also with access to the American kitchen which is fully equipped, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with twin beds and one double) with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with tub. On the first floor, the master bedroom is complemented by a dressing room, terrace, and a bathroom with shower. Hence access a solarium where you can enjoy the magnificent view of Denia and the sea. There is air conditionning only in the main bedroom.The villa is ideal for a perfect vacation, thanks to its privacy and tranquility of its location (on the slopes of Montgo) and it has also the advantage of being very close to La Pedrera, a small hamlet belonging to Denia where we find any kind of services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc..Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante.
