Our home is located in “Port Tampa City” near Interbay/Manhattan—a safe and serene neighborhood perfect for your short-term getaway. As a local resident, I assure you of the peaceful atmosphere day and night. Enjoy the friendliness of neighbors, including school-age children, making it a welcoming and secure environment.

Our pet-friendly community with sidewalks for safe strolls ensures a delightful stay. The established shade trees paint a picturesque backdrop, creating a charming atmosphere. Located conveniently near MacDill AFB, you'll have quick access to downtown events, West Shore shopping, the International Airport, and the Gandy Bridge for beach adventures. As you step inside, the large and sunny combination living room/dining room welcomes you with stunning wood floors, crown molding, and vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The open chef's kitchen, situated at the heart of the home, is the perfect spot for entertaining. It boasts stainless steel appliances, dark granite countertops, an expansive breakfast bar, ample cabinet/counter space and a quaint breakfast nook. The convenience of a washer and dryer is included in the laundry closet within the kitchen.

As you proceed down the hallway, room #1 on the right offers two twin-sized beds, while further down, room #2 features a comfortable queen-sized bed. Both rooms are bathed in natural light, adorned with plush carpeting, and offer ample space. They share a spacious bathroom conveniently located across the hall.

The large master bedroom, located at the end of the hall, features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, plush carpeting, glass sliders leading out to the deck, and a lovely en suite bath with dual vanities, a garden tub, and a separate shower.

The home is situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood conveniently located close to Downtown Tampa, the Westshore Business District, Tampa International Airport, MacDill Air Force Base, St. Petersburg, and major highways.
