Overlooking the sea with spectacular views, Ocean View 4 is one of an exclusive development of only 6 terraced villas which share a swimming pool. Ocean View is set in a quiet location very close to a small sandy beach. The property is just 250 metres from the centre of Luz and its main beach, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. This air-conditioned property is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The property has a large open plan lounge/dining area with wall-to-wall/floor-to-ceiling patio doors providing breathtaking views of the sea and opening out onto a spacious terrace (with retractable shade) and lawn equipped with outdoor furniture. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and a large Weber Gas BBQ on the kitchen terrace. The property has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The villa shares a pool and has secure underground parking for 2 cars.
